How to Purchase

To purchase an item from the Gallery, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us by email or phone (1-207-407-1444) with your request to purchase.
2. We will forward to you an invoice for the item(s) that you are interested in.
3. Send a check or Money Order for the full amount and your order is complete.
4. We will ship you your item through UPS or a shipper of your choice with the shipping amount due directly to the shipper. 

All in state purchases are subject to the Maine 5% state sales tax unless the purchaser holds a valid resale number, and a certificate of smae is on file with Daniel Buck Appraisals. Resale certificates from other states are accepted if presented with a copy of your business card. Purchases made from, and shipped, outside of Maine are not subject to sales tax. All packaging and shipping is then handled by the UPS Store, with payment for same being made directly to the UPS Store.

Acceptable forms of payment are cash or certified, cashier's or good check, payable in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to hold all items until funds clear through the bank.
